Puertas de Estancia is a permanent housing project designed to provide stability and integrated support services to 17 chronically homeless men. Located in the former Casa Salud, behind the Mayagüez Medical Center, this space offers a safe and dignified environment for those facing extreme vulnerability.
Project Features

SRO (Single Room Occupancy) Units: Individual rooms with shared bathrooms and all utilities included.

Complete Meal Service: Daily provision of three nutritious meals and snacks.

Income-based Rent: Participants with income have the option to contribute through rent payments, promoting self-sufficiency.
